Scope of work
Each engagement is defined in a written proposal covering deliverables, timeline and fees. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Fees and payment
Projects are typically invoiced in stages. Work begins once the initial invoice is settled and continues per the agreed schedule.
Client responsibilities
You provide product information, brand assets, account access and timely feedback. Delays in these areas can move the launch date.
Ownership
All accounts, domains and store assets are created in your name and remain yours. On final payment, project deliverables transfer to you.
Results
We commit to the build, the launch date and the quality of work. We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings or revenue outcomes.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Fees for completed work remain payable and delivered assets are handed over.
